Proposal for Meridian Health

One Meridian, from first click to booked visit

Brand, website and booking ship together in April, so patients meet one health system that works the first time they try it.

Where you start

Patients know Kessler Valley and Harrow Point. Only 19% in your own service area name Meridian as their health system.
Meridian recognition study, May 2026

What we heard

Meridian doesn’t have a logo problem. It has a trust problem that shows up when a patient tries to book.

The date that matters

The board wants one brand by June 30, 2027. We plan to launch in April, ahead of Robert’s May 12 board meeting.

Four brands today. One Meridian in April.

Eleven hospitals and about 140 clinics came together from Kessler Valley Medical, Harrow Point Health, Cedarline Health and the Meridian Health Partners physician group. Online, patients still see four companies.
